Pet fee $50 per pet per stay. A separate charge will be issued after booking once your pet is approved.

All reservations are subject to host discretion.

Please see House Manual for additional policies. If guests are found to be in violation during their stay, they may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Bookings are fully refundable* if cancelled with at least 60 days notice. Bookings are 50% refundable if cancelled with 30-59 days notice. Bookings are not refundable with less than 30 days notice, however, we may be able to issue partial credit or credit towards future stay depending on circumstances.

*Credit card processing fees, typically around 3% of the transaction, are not refundable.
